IN-HOME SUPPORT (Daily Living Skills)

ADSA can provide you with support to complete everyday tasks allowing you to live your life more independently.

Your Core budget is the most flexible and includes four categories of support:

1: Consumables (e.g., purchasing everyday use items such as continence aids)
2: Daily Activities (e.g., assistance with self-care activities during the day or evening)
3: Assistance with Social and Community Participation (e.g., supports to enable you to engage in social or recreational activities)
4: Transport (e.g., if you are unable to use public transport because of your disability).

IN-HOME SUPPORT (Daily Living)
Our options for daily living supports can be tailored to your individual needs and goals and can be adjusted as your needs change.

DAILY LIVING SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE:
* Support getting ready for your day
* Assistance with personal care, toileting, and hygiene
* Help to get out and about in the community
* Assistance with household chores
* Help with food preparation and meals
* Support with health and fitness
* Assistance to attend appointments
* Assistance with shopping

We aim to ensure that these tasks don’t become barriers to maintaining your independence. Our support workers will work alongside you, providing just the right amount of assistance to enable you to live the life you choose.

CASUAL OR LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS

Our Drop-In Support, Casual, and Last-Minute Bookings are best suited for people who:

* Have a physical disability
* Live in our catchment area
* Have the ability to instruct our staff
